Purchased the scooter from roadrunner and had a great experience came with a damaged front headlight from shipping they immediately sent me one out. Overall the scooter is great plenty powerful even at high speed you still feel safe suspension works well Powers up hills. Max speed around 36 to 37 mph. I ride a motorcycle and this thing is still a thrill ride to me. Well worth the money do yourself a favor stay away from the cheapo $300 to $400 units people buy, go big or go home this thing's a blast!

As a retired aerospace engineer, i have found my new love! I have owned 4 Scooters in my life and have over 10,000 miles of travel on them. I have never enjoyed transportation as much as I have on my new scooter. I would have loved to see Dales's face when I called him with technical questions that only an engineer would ask. He answered them with the highest degree of professionalism and expertise and made me feel I was making a great purchase. And he was right! When I received my scooter and put it together, I found it to be well made and everything he said it would be. I have now put over 2000 miles on it and enjoyed every mile. Iam in love with it and I plan to enjoy it until I turn 80!!! Thank you Dale!!
I have to bike to my friends house and it takes me around 30mins to get there so I got the road runner the road runner is great if you live away from your friends/family it has great top speed and it has a 2000w battery so it lasts 3hr so this is why I like the roadrunner
My very first electric scooter I feel like I definitely made the right choice after looking at all the good reviews and YouTube videos I was sold, my scooter came with some damaged parts from shipping but the warranty team came through right away with parts replacement, as for the scooter I love everything about it is fast solid and aggressive look even my kid loves riding it, great scooter over all.
Service and support was 5 star. Key switch was broke when it arrived, sent message and another was in the mail next day. The day after I ordered mine they announced that you get a free second charger with purchase. I sent message and it was in mail next day.

I'm very new to the e scooter gang but I love this scooter I have a D4 4.0 and again im on a very interesting learning curve but I can say that I'm a 200+ pound fella and this scooter has all the power and different adjustments that keep it rideable for me . I can tell everyone stay away from loose sand on walkways and trails it doesn't like michigan sand but I'm learning and having a blast doing it .😎
The roadrunner rs5 is my first Hyper scooter, but no doubt the best for your buck!
It has everything you can ask for, the support is great and so fast, the shipping is fast too, as they mention it on their site. battery great, speed im doing 72KPH,flat mode 3, my steep mexico hills, climbs no problem im a 90kilo guy. it moves me like if it had nothing on top! love the hott swapable battery, the 2 coil suspension gives you a smooth ride. lights everything... love this scooter.
I purchased the RS5+ over the R4 based on Roadrunners advice. I'm very pleased so far. In fact let a friend ride it, and now his is in shipping to his house. Massive power, will spin the tires on pavement, so be carefull. Wear protective gear. Oh, and the steering damper does not come with it like most video reviews say it does.

I bought this scooter for my son to commute back and forth to work on and the quality of it is incredible! The battery life is exactly as advertised and their customer service has been fantastic. The scooter showed up with the damaged ignition switch from shipment, I took two pictures and emailed it in and had a new one coming the same day they received the pictures and had the item 2 Days Later. An absolute top shelf company! Thank you
From the beginning, just seeing my RS5 come out of the box, I noticed how well designed it is, how firm and strong its structure and how beautiful its finishes are. When I started riding the scooter, I noticed that its quality is not only in the visual, it is certainly heavy, but its power and handling is excellent, very smooth riding and braking and you quickly adapt to its performance. I have had experience with scooters from other companies, but the Roadrunner house with this RS5 hit the table, it is a hierarchy scooter and it takes me and brings me shortening the path so much that I want to continue driving it more. My only problem is that a lot of people on the street stop me to ask me about the scooter because everyone likes it. But it's mine alone.
I don’t know if I am the first user of an RS5 in Miami, but where I go there are good feelings. Best regards, Mic-Mic!
heavy duty but still can carry it-- super fast and fun
Not a toy - this thing has serious power to it/enough to get you where you would like/need to go. Well built, feels, and drives like a quality scooter you would hope to expect for. Floats like a cloud! Customer service is badass and will help with what they can as soon as they can. If you’re undecided between the RS5 and the RS5+, get the plus. My only regret is I wish I could drive the scooter longer, and the RS5+ would’ve given me that wish BUT, I’m still very happy and kicking **** with the RS5. Grow some nuts/ovaries and treat yourself! Drive it safe and get protective gear.
This scooter is a lot of fun and is definitely very fast . So far so good I’m happy with everything
This is my first scooter purchase, but I'm very familiar with them and the scooter market. I bought the R4 for my wife, and after we got it and rode it, I immediately ordered the RS5 for myself. The R4 is excellent; incredibly well made, total quality, and flawless out of the box. It can move me at 27 mph on flat pavement (220 lbs), and it'll move her way faster (100 lbs). The suspension and braking impressed me the most. I even had a post-order question, which was just me being stupid, and the Roadrunner staff was quick and eager to respond. Super helpful and gave me great peace of mind that if I ever DO have a problem, they're there. Can't wait for my RS5 to arrive today. I'm thrilled with the R4, and it's exactly as advertised. Love it.
To be fair, I have 1 criticism: The styrofoam in the box is a mess when you open it. I don't know why this particular styrofoam crumbles so easily into the tiniest styrofoam particles you've ever seen that stick all over the scooter. Once cleaned up, though, it was in perfect shape.

My son needed something reliable to get him to the train station to his union job and back and this was it. Great product. Headlights aren't that bright when you're on an unlit road where no streetlights. Only downside but he's going to get brighter bulb. He loves it. His car was totaled in an accident so this saves him a 55 minute walk each way from station
It’s very stable and very quick. It also looks pretty cool. I bought an Rs4 but then wanted some more speed and had to go for the Rs5 and it didn’t disappoint.
