Parts and Accessories | Returns and Exchange Policy

All sales on parts are final.

  • No returns on non-RoadRunner parts
  • No refunds on parts purchases
  • Used parts are not eligible for exchange or return

We accept exchanges for unused RoadRunner-branded parts that were either:

  • Purchased directly from RoadRunner Scooters, or
  • Provided under an active warranty

All returns that are not exchanges will be issued as store credit only.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges and returns.

All Parts return and exchange requests must be submitted through:

Defective parts must be reported within 15 days of delivery to be eligible for a free replacement.

No returns or exchanges are accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
