Parts and Accessories | Returns and Exchange Policy
All sales on parts are final.
- No returns on non-RoadRunner parts
- No refunds on parts purchases
- Used parts are not eligible for exchange or return
We accept exchanges for unused RoadRunner-branded parts that were either:
- Purchased directly from RoadRunner Scooters, or
- Provided under an active warranty
All returns that are not exchanges will be issued as store credit only, minus a 15% restocking and handling fee.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges and returns.

Defective parts must be reported within 15 days of delivery to be eligible for a free replacement.

No returns or exchanges are accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
