This scooter is fantastic to ride on and off road! Wanted an off road scooter that can go fast as well, and this fit the bill perfectly. Didn't get it for the speed, but it's nice to have!
Once received it was already put together, aside from the back fender, and tightening everything up.
Was missing the damper however. But when I contacted Support, they were very quick to resolve the issue and sent one right away.
Very impressed so far with the product and the company. I've already recommended this to several friends and family.

OK, so I really love the Scooter. It easily gets me uphills at around 200 pounds. I wish that scooter companies would advertise realistic distance. I will definitely not be getting 40 miles of distance on the scooter. I would love to see this company release some sort of battery extender kit and also use Aqua guard on this scooter as well as the RS five and RX seven. Overall, great buy at$1500!!

Power is good although I don't go past 30mph. My 500w Hiboy carried me up a steep hill at 4mph, the D4-4.0 goes as fast up that same hill as I want (I'm 175lbs) Wish I could have a lower gear for more power (faster acceleration) and less top end. Handles on & off road great. Rear brake on the left & front brake on the right is weird, speedometer on the right is weird plus it's not bright enough to be read during the day, turbo mode "on" is button out but dual motor mode "on" is button in...they should both be "in" to be on, index finger throttle is weird especially above the brake handle...would like a thumb throttle kit. Bought an escooter led light kit on Amazon for $18 for the side lights that can change to any color. Once I turned off electric braking the brakes worked perfectly...when on sometimes they were gentle & sometimes aggressive. All in all its fun to ride and I'm glad I bought it. I'd like you guys to make electric adult go-karts!

This scooter is great my only complaint is that the handle bars have a little play in them and I can’t find any videos on how to replace with aftermarket parts

I bought the roadrunner to ride the many connecting river parks. So far it’s met all my expectations and then some. It’s a ton of fun and I’m a big guy. It has plenty of power and great range. Very happy!
