What is RoadRunner Scooters’ Return Policy?

 

 

SCOOTER RETURNS:

All electric scooters purchased from RoadRunner Scooters must be returned within 15 days of delivery. Scooters must be in the original packaging and never ridden. Please do not discard your box. RoadRunner Scooters reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our resell standards.

Canceled Orders and Pre-order Cancelations:

A 6% processing fee applies to all canceled orders. For each transaction we are charged a 3.2% fee, therefore we charge a cancellation fee to recoup these funds. Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment within 10 business days.

RX7 Purchases Only: 

Please note that any cancellation made on a Pre-Order RX7 will result in a 20% cancellation fee and will be  deducted from the total amount collected at the time the cancellation is made.

 

Qualification for Scooter Return:

- Within 15 days of delivery

- Undamaged, unused, and in original packaging

- Photo of the odometer to confirm unused status

Restocking Fee and Shipping Charges:

Returns incur a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the return and original shipping costs. Refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.

 

Return Process:

- Do not send scooters to the shipping address on the label.

- Our team will provide a pre-paid return label, and schedule a return pick-up if applicable

 

Exchange:

- Within 15 days of delivery

- Undamaged, unused, and in original packaging

- Photo of the odometer to confirm unused status

 

Exchange Fee and Shipping Charges:

The customer covers return and original shipping costs. 

PARTS AND ACCESSORIES RETURNS:

Returns are accepted within 10 days, the customer is responsible for shipping costs for exchanges. Used parts are not eligible for return. Defective items are replaced at no cost if reported within 10 days.

 

Compatibility Responsibility:

Customers must ensure part compatibility. Contact support@roadrunnerscooters.com for assistance. Provide multiple photos for accurate identification.

 

Time Limit for Returns:

No returns are accepted after 15 days from the date of purchase.

 

Exclusions:

RoadRunner Scooters may refuse returns not meeting resell standards or policy parameters. Purchasing implies acceptance of all policy terms.
