RoadRunner Scooters Return Policy
Scooter Returns: Purchasers may return all electric scooters within 15 days of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. To ensure eligibility for a return, retain your packaging as returns of scooters not in their original condition will be refused. Initiate your return process here.
Canceled Orders: Orders canceled within 48 hours are subject to a 6% processing fee. Orders canceled after 48 hours incur a 15% processing fee. These fees cover transaction processing costs. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Return Eligibility:
- Must be within 15 days of delivery.
- Scooter must be undamaged, unused, and in original packaging.
- A photo of the odometer is required to confirm the scooter has not been used.
Restocking and Shipping Fees: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. Customers are responsible for both return and original shipping costs. Refunds are issued within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Return Process:
- Please do not return the scooter to the shipping address on the label. Incorrectly addressed returns will be redirected at the customer’s expense.
- Our team will issue a pre-paid return label and coordinate a return pick-up where applicable.
Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed under the same conditions as returns: within 15 days of delivery, undamaged, unused, and in original packaging. The customer is responsible for both return and original shipping costs.
Parts and Accessories Returns: Returns of parts and accessories are accepted within 15 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for all associated shipping costs. Used parts cannot be returned. Defective items will be replaced at no additional cost if reported within the return window. Returns for store credit are fully refunded, whereas returns to the original payment method incur a 15% restocking fee.
Compatibility Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compatibility of parts. For assistance, please contact support@roadrunnerscooters.com and provide multiple photos for accurate identification.
Time Limit for Returns: We do not accept returns beyond 15 days from the purchase date.
Exclusions: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our resell standards. Your purchase confirms acceptance of these terms.
