RoadRunner Scooters Issues Statement on Brand Protection and Ongoing Legal Matter

Denver, CO — RoadRunner Scooters LLC is issuing this statement to address recent questions regarding the RoadRunner brand.

RoadRunner Scooters was founded in 2020 and has since built a strong reputation within the electric scooter industry based on innovation, customer service, and community trust. Protecting the RoadRunner name and brand identity is a responsibility we take seriously for the benefit of our customers, partners, and supporters.

RoadRunner Scooters has initiated legal action against Voro Motors concerning the use of the “RoadRunner” name on a scooter model that we believe infringes on our established brand. This matter is currently part of an active legal proceeding. As such, we are unable to share additional details at this time.

We want to be absolutely clear with our customers and community:
This legal matter does not impact our day-to-day operations, our products, our warranties, our service, or the availability of parts and support. RoadRunner Scooters remains fully committed to delivering the same high-quality scooters, responsive customer service, and ongoing product support that our customers expect and rely on.
