Servicing Fees Breakdown
At RoadRunner Scooters, we are committed to providing top-notch service and support for your scooter needs. Whether you own one of our RoadRunner models or another brand, our expert technicians are here to help.
Local Drop-Offs
We welcome local drop-offs at our service center during regular working hours.
Please note that all scooters must be left with us for a minimum of 24 hours to ensure thorough inspection and repair.
Non-RoadRunner Scooters
For customers with non-RoadRunner scooters, we offer the same excellent level of service.
Should your scooter require specific parts that we do not have in stock, the repair time will extend accordingly. The pickup time for your scooter will depend on how quickly we can obtain the necessary parts.

How we charge: By the hour. Our labor rate is $109 per hour or $59 for a half hour. Prices below are for labor only; parts are extra.
Important Terms:
Do note that the estimated time and price may differ slightly across the various models and the condition of the scooter itself. The prices and time shown are based on a normally maintained scooter with no other complications which may cost more time and effort to repair/replace parts.
Prices DO NOT include any components which may require replacement.
All prices are shown in USD and do not include any tax if applicable.

Most repairs are completed in 2-3 days, depending on the service. If your repair needs a part we have to order (including parts for non-RoadRunner scooters), please add shipping time for that part.
A $50 diagnostic fee will be assessed for all repairs. If customer approve repairs, this will be applied to labor. If customer declines repairs, the $50 fee will be due before scooter is returned to customer.
