RS6 ULTRA Electric Scooter Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

This Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of RoadRunner Scooters (“Sponsor”), and its respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members or household members of such individuals are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

The Giveaway is sponsored by RoadRunner Scooters, 2330 N. Broadway Suite 105 Denver, CO 80205.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at 12:00 AM (MST) and ends on January 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM (MST) (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

  1. To enter, participants must enter using this webform https://roadrunnerscooters.com/pages/2025-rs6-ultra-giveaway.  
  2. Every dollar spent on RoadRunner Scooters purchases will go towards entries.  Participants do not need to enter webform to win if purchasing products. 
  3. When customer subscribes to RoadRunner Scooters here:  https://roadrunnerscooters.com/pages/subscribe
  4. When customer follows any RoadRunner Scooters social media channel (Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube).

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive an RS6 ULTRA (approximate retail value: $2,899). Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place within 7 days of the giveaway closing. The potential winner will be notified via email and must respond within 72 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within the time frame, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity

By entering, you agree to allow RoadRunner Scooters to use your name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability and Release

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless RoadRunner Scooters, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any and all liability or any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Giveaway or the use or misuse of the prize.

 

10. Governing Law

This Giveaway and these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
