Our Policy

Scooter Returns

PLEASE KEEP THE BOX AND ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Returns must be in the original packaging. If you discard your box, you must purchase a new one and cover the one-way shipping costs.

  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Scooter must be unused, undamaged, and include a photo of the odometer

All returns must be approved via:
Submit a Return Request

Fees:

  • 6% fee for cancelations within 48 hours
  • 15% fee after 48 hours
  • 15% restocking fee for returned scooters
  • Customer covers shipping (both ways)

Refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned scooter.

Parts and Accessories Returns

All sales on parts are final.

  • No returns on non-RoadRunner parts
  • No refunds on parts purchases
  • Used parts are not eligible for exchange or return

We accept exchanges for unused RoadRunner-branded parts that were either:

  • Purchased directly from RoadRunner Scooters, or
  • Provided under an active warranty

All returns that are not exchanges will be issued as store credit only, minus a 15% restocking and handling fee.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges and returns.

All Parts return and exchange requests must be submitted through:

Defective parts must be reported within 15 days of delivery to be eligible for a free replacement.

No returns or exchanges are accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
