Return Policies
Scooter Returns
We want the return process to be clear and straightforward. Please review the requirements below before submitting a return request.
Can I Return My Scooter?
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- Within 30 days of delivery
- Scooter is unused, undamaged, and unmodified
- Odometer shows 0 miles
- Do you have the original packaging
If any of these conditions are not met, the return will not be accepted.
Packaging Requirements
Do not discard your box. Returns must be shipped in the original packaging.
If the original box is not available, a replacement box must be purchased from RoadRunner. The customer is responsible for the cost of the box and shipping.
Returns will not be accepted without proper packaging.
How to Start a Return

Include:
- Order number
- Photos of the scooter
- Photo of the odometer
Returns must be approved before shipping. Returns sent without approval will be refused.
Fees
- 6% cancellation fee within 48 hours
- 15% cancellation fee after 48 hours
- 15% restocking fee on approved returns
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs
Shipping
Customers are responsible for the item during return shipping.
You may use your own carrier or request a RoadRunner shipping label. If a RoadRunner label is used, the cost will be invoiced in advance.
If Your Return Is Not Eligible
Returns that do not meet these requirements will be refused.
If a return is refused, the customer is responsible for the return shipping back to them.
If reshipment is not arranged within a reasonable time, RoadRunner reserves the right to retain possession of the item and, at its sole discretion, handle it in accordance with standard business practices, without refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued within 7 business days after inspection.
