Shipping Policy


All new scooter and parts orders over $750 will be shipped via FREE GROUND SHIPPING anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States. We now offer expedited shipping options for parts orders however, scooter purchases can not be expedited. RoadRunner Scooters can ship to most addresses in the United States.

Please note that any modifications to orders cannot be accommodated after 12:00 PM MST. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us ensure timely and accurate processing of all requests.

Please double check your address for accuracy when ordering from An incorrectly entered address can delay or prevent shipment.                                    

Shipping Insurance

  • If shipping insurance is purchased through Simply Shipping insurance, do not change the ship to address once the order is placed as this will void RoadRunners Guarantee of replacing the item if lost damaged or stolen in transit
  • Please note that if 2 or more orders are reported by the same customer as "missing", RoadRunner reserves the right to void the purchase of shipping insurance.
  • If a parts or accessories order is lost or damaged in transit, and shipping insurance was purchased, we will replace the package with exactly what was ordered. We will not however issue a refund in this scenario!
  • We will provide you a tracking number and the delivery will require a signature. From this point forward it is your responsibility to track the package, and to make sure you will be home to sign for it, or to make alternative arrangements directly with the carrier. RoadRunner will not have any liability for packages that are signed for, regardless of who signed for them. RoadRunner is not responsible for loss and/or damages due to third party’s conduct

If you know you won't be home to sign:

If you know in advance you won't be home to sign for you using FedEx Delivery Manager:

  • Redirect your package to be held at a FedEx location for up to 10 days for FedEx Ground shipments and up to 5 days for FedEx Express shipments free of charge.
  • Redirect your package to another location or schedule another delivery time.



When you place an order with we will estimate shipping and delivery dates. Note that these dates are approximate and can change based on circumstances beyond our control. Your tracking information will be emailed to you at the time the order is shipped.

Below is a graphic to show estimated times of delivery from our warehouse in Nevada to whatever state you reside:

 ALL orders placed on prior to 12 PM (EST) will generally leave our warehouse that same day. Our warehouse operates Monday thru Friday excluding holidays; there are no orders processed on weekends. Orders placed after 12 PM (EST) on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will generally leave our warehouse on Monday, the first business day of the week.

*please note all open box scooters can take up to 3 business days to ship once your order is placed, and are not included in any promotional advertising.



We are not able to deliver to the following:

  1. Standard P.O Boxes or Residential P.O Boxes in rural areas.
  2. USPS, FEDEX, or any other type of drop boxes.
  3. Freight Forwarding companies including services similar to
  4. Military addresses

When the carrier returns these non-deliverable packages to us, there are two options. We can reship the package at the cost of the customer, alternatively, if the customer no longer would like the package, it is subject to the shipping fees as well as a 20% restocking fee. Please allow up to 10 days for a refund to show on your credit card account.


A  package can be deemed as "Non-Deliverable" if:

  • If an address is incorrect or incomplete, the package will be returned by the carrier. Please be careful when entering your address and proofread it for any mistakes prior to submitting your order.
  • Refused by Recipient Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges on orders canceled or refused (both to and from destination) after package has shipped. These charges will be deducted from your refund. We process orders very quickly, and if your package has been picked up by the carrier, it is completely out of our control and you will be responsible for all shipping charges from that point forward if the package is sent back.
