I Need to Cancel My Order, What Is Required?
Once you have received a tracking number from UPS or FedEx, regrettably, we are unable to cancel your order. Please be advised that once an order departs from our warehouse, it cannot be redirected.
If you have not yet received a tracking number, we can proceed with canceling your order. To initiate the cancellation process, kindly submit a ticket to our support team. Please note that a 6% fee will apply to all pre-order cancellations and order cancellations.
