Returns must be in the original packaging. If you discard your box, you must purchase a new one and cover the one-way shipping costs.

This scooter is a BLAST!! My first scooter was from a different company and I was trying to save a few dollars, but now I wish that I would’ve went with road runner from the beginning. This scooters has so much power that hill climbing is nothing, I can keep up with traffic!! I ride full power to work and still have half of battery left to make a return trip if needed, but with the fast charger I’m at full power when it’s time to return home. I love that I can remove the battery and charge it indoors while leaving the scooter locked outside, there isn’t enough office space for a scooter. I placed an order for additional parts that arrived fast without worrying about will it fit or work. The other brand I had to rely on Amazon! The rs5 is a great beginner scooter, the only thing that I don’t like is I wish that I would’ve saved a little more and went with the rs7!!!

Living in western NY I've only been able to ride twice but from my first impressions it's great. The ride is really smooth, I do have a steering damper but I had it turned all the way down and still felt really stable. I was able to push it to about 40 but when it's 35 degrees out that wind chill is no joke. So far it's great

Im very happy for this scooter I highly recommend this scooter I use it to get around town like nothing my only problem is the battery life on it I wish it can last a little longer so far I put in 25Miles in it Maybe in the future I would like to get the RX7
