• All new RoadRunner Scooters: 1 year limited warranty.
• All Certified Open Box/Demo Units: 6 months (180 days) limited warranty.

Extended Warranty Option: All scooters offer the choice to purchase a 1, 2, or 3-year extended warranty with accident protection.

RETURN POLICY:

All electric scooters purchased from RoadRunner Scooters must be returned within 15 days of delivery. Scooters must be in the original packaging and never ridden. Please do not discard your box. RoadRunner Scooters reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our resell standards.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

A processing fee of 6% applies to all orders cancelled within 48 hours of purchasing. A 15% processing fee applies to all canceled orders after 48 hours of purchasing including weekends and holidays. For each transaction we are charged a fee, therefore we charge a cancellation fee to recoup these funds. Refunds are credited back to the original form of payment within 7 business days.
