When you place an order with roadrunnerscooters.com we will estimate shipping and delivery dates. Note that these dates are approximate and can change based on circumstances beyond our control. Once your package has been picked-up by the carrier you can obtain delivery information directly from UPS.COM please see "Tracking Your Package" below.
ALL new scooter/part orders placed on roadrunnerscooters.com prior to 12 PM (EST) will generally leave our warehouse that same day. Our warehouses operate Monday – Friday excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM (EST) on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will generally leave our warehouse Monday, the first business day of the week.
SPECIAL NOTE: For all of our certified refurbished scooters, there is a 72 hour lead time from the time your order is placed to the time it ships out; this time is needed for a final quality inspection/test ride and to prepare it for shipping. All Certified Refurbished scooters are sold with a 3 month manufacturer warranty and all sales are FINAL and non returnable/refundable.
Tracking your package
Using the tracking number provided in your "Shipping Confirmation Email" you can check the status of your delivery with UPS or FedEx. Your tracking number will automatically be emailed on your "Shipping Confirmation Email" sent within 24 hours of placing your order (Except Friday or Saturday)
P.O. boxes, APO/FPO and Commercial Mail Boxes
RR can not ship to a U.S. Postal Service post office box, APO/FPO addresses, or commercial mail boxes.. Please provide an actual street address.
When the carrier returns these non-deliverable packages to us, we will issue a full refund EXCLUDING shipping charges. Please allow 10 days for refund to your credit card account.
These non-deliverable packages will not be reshipped. A new order must be placed for the item. Please review our Address Accuracy tips above before placing another order.
Why was my package not deliverable?
The decision to label a shipment as non deliverable is made by the carrier usually for one of the following reasons:
If an address is incorrect or incomplete the package will be returned by the carrier. Please be careful when entering your address and proof read it for any mistakes before submitting your order.
Refused by recipient
Customer is responsible for ALL shipping charges on orders canceled or refused (both to and from destination) after package has shipped. These charges will be deducted from refund.
